Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days if you are not satisfied with our products.
However, we do recommend you first read through all the information on this web
site to find useful information about achieving best results with our products.
For returns, please use the return address label that was included in your order
so that we have the necessary information to process the refund. We appreciate
if you can
also enclose with your return, a written note for your comments.
Your returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of
receiving the package. You will be refunded the FULL purchase price
including tax from your initial order.
For U.S. domestic orders of Feedback Stabilizers, we will also reimburse your return shipping and insurance cost.
Returns must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority
Mail with Insurance and
Delivery
Confirmation. Be sure to save all your receipts and purchase
enough insurance to cover the full purchase price.
For international orders, shipping costs will not be refunded - only the cost
of the merchandise will be refunded.
For Modified Speakers or Equipment, or any order
using Express/International Shipping, all shipping costs will not be refunded.
